When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect:

• Phone number
• Event date and type
• Number of guests
• Venue and location details
• Service preferences (hog roast, BBQ, bar hire etc.)
• Any additional information you choose to provide

We use your information solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
• Communicate about your booking if you proceed
• Manage your event and ensure we deliver what you need

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to a direct enquiry) and, where a booking is made, performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years to allow for repeat bookings and event planning. Booking and financial records are kept for 7 years as required by HMRC.
