Leeds is a 30-minute run south on the A61. We work right across the city — from formal weddings at Allerton Castle down to corporate launches at the Royal Armouries and street parties in Chapel Allerton.
The mix of city-centre venues with no parking and country estates with two-mile access tracks keeps us on our toes. We arrive early, we plate quick when service starts, and we don't leave until the venue manager has signed us off.

Yes. We work right across Leeds — city-centre venues such as the Royal Armouries and Leeds Town Hall, north Leeds marquee weddings around Roundhay and Chapel Allerton, and estates on the edge of the city. City-centre jobs usually need a loading window agreed with the venue, which we will sort out with them directly.
We are based in Ripon, around 30 miles and a 45-minute run up the A61. Leeds is firmly inside our core patch, so there is no long-distance travel charge.
Yes. We cater summer parties, client days and launches for legal, finance and tech firms across LS1 and the wider city, scaling the hog roast, BBQ and horsebox bar to the numbers. We carry public liability insurance and can send risk assessments straight to your venue or facilities team.

For summer Saturdays we would suggest 6 to 12 months. Corporate events, birthdays and midweek dates can usually be arranged at shorter notice — ask us even if your date is close.
